Capella University, a for-profit online university based in Minneapolis, announced today that it is adding 13 new degree programs and specializations.
Capella is now offering a PsyD in school psychology, which includes graduate teaching opportunities and field experiences, expanding its school psychology program by offering a school psychology specialization to its master’s in psychology program, and adding a post-master’s specialist certificate in school psychology. Students can now earn a master’s degree in higher education in three specializations: adult education, enrollment management, and higher education leadership and administration. It is offering a doctorate in business management in five specializations: finance, general business management, human resource management, leadership, and marketing, and has expanded its doctor of business administration to include two new specializations in human resource management and leadership.
Each new degree or specialization is offered at the post-graduate level, reflective of the school’s predominately graduate enrollment. Nearly 80% of the school’s more than 35,000 students are earning a post-graduate degree or certificate in any of the school’s 143 graduate and undergraduate programs.
