Colorado Christian Launches Three New Associate Programs

Colorado Christian University, a private, not-for-profit, liberal arts university, announced July 13 it will now offer online associate degrees in business, psychology, and Biblical studies.

The two-year Associate of Science in Business Administrationrequires 60 credit hours of coursework in the principles of business. Students will take courses in accounting, finance, marketing, management, and computer information systems. All courses are taught with a Christian worldview and emphasize ethical leadership and strong values. Colorado Christian also offers bachelor’s degrees in business administration and accounting, certificates in accounting and ethics, and master’s degrees in business administration and in organizational leadership.

The Associate of Science in Psychology also requires 60 credit hours and can be completed in two years. Students will study relationships, human and group behavior, and human development from a Christian perspective. Colorado Christian also offers a bachelor of science in psychology, to which all associate degree credits may apply, and a master’s degree in counseling.

Students in the Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies program will earn 60 credit hours in coursework in Biblical principles and doctrine, all taught from a Christian worldview. Coursework covers topics including Christian faith and beliefs, biblical languages, and tools for studying biblical text. Related degrees offered by Colorado Christian include a biblical studies certificate and a degree minor or bachelor’s degree in Christian leadership.

Students will take one course at a time, virtually meeting one night a week for five weeks, with no classes on Friday nights.

Colorado Christian University is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
