Education content provider StraighterLine and Scholarship Management Services, one of the largest managers of workplace education benefits programs, have partnered to expand access to entry-level college courses to working adults throughout the world. The partnership will incorporate Straighterline’s offering of 38 first-year college courses into the education benefits packaged offered by Scholarship Management’s 1,200 clients in 80 countries.
Students participating in a Scholarship Management Services administrated education benefits program will now be able to take accredited college classes through StraighterLine for $99 a month, receive credit through prior learning assessment, and transfer the credits earned to one of StraighterLine’s partner schools. The partnership between StraighterLine and Scholarship Management Services will allow students to save up to 90% on their first year of college.
