Rita Gunther McGrath is a professor at the Coumbia Business School in New York and is a leading expert on strategy and strategic management in highly uncertain and volatile environments. Her theories and approaches have influenced such big name businesses as Nokia and Microsoft as well as organizations like the World Economic Forum. She has coauthored three books including MarketBusters which was translated into 10 languages and provided the theme for the 2005 Microsoft CEO summit. She makes regular appearances on TV and radio and is regularly quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and BusinessWeek.
