Florida-based Nova Southeastern University offers a variety of online degrees in both synchronous and asynchronous classroom formats and at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels.

Nova Southeastern offers online bachelor’s degrees in a variety of fields, including business administration, computer information systems, education, health science, nursing, and substance abuse studies. Online students can also take advantage of location just a few miles off the coast of the Atlantic Ocean by earning an online bachelor’s degree in Marine Professional Studies—a degree program that includes coursework in ecology, chemistry, oceanography, and maritime affairs.

At the graduate level students at Nova Southeastern can earn online degrees in fields including accounting, business administration, biomedical informatics, child protection, college student affairs, computer science, counseling, criminal justice, education law, emergency preparedness, health sciences, nursing, public administration, and speech-language pathology.

Nova Southeastern also offers online professional and doctoral programs in health sciences, education, criminal justice, conflict resolution, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.

Nova Southeastern University, in its current form, was created in 1994 as a merger between Nova University and Southeastern University of the Health Sciences. It currently offers distance-learning centers in 23 states as well as online.

Nova Southeastern is a private, not-for-profit university accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
