
Christopher Long is the associate dean for undergraduate studies and a professor of philosophy and classics at Penn State’s college of the liberal arts. Long teaches both ancient and contemporary philosophy and has written extensively on Aristotle, Socrates, and Plato. He is currently working on a study of the origins and limitations of patriarchal politics, focusing on ancient Greek literature and philosophy as well as a study of the practice and theory of Socratic Politics.
