Judy Olian is the eighth dean of the UCLA Anderson School of Management and is the John E. Anderson chair in management. Under her leadership the school hired a faculty from the top research institutions in the world, launched new degrees and certificate programs, and developed targeted partnerships focused on Asia and Latin America. She recently stewarded a campaign that raised over $100 million for the school and has been widely published in journals on human resource management.
