Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
The Certified Construction Manager application costs $275 for Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) members and $300 for non-members. The exam fee itself is $275. To be qualified to take the CCM, you must have 48 months of Responsible-In-Charge experience, or have an undergraduate or master's degree in construction management or construction science, or eight additional years of construction or general design experience.
